Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services!

I traded in my 2013 Pruis and purchased a used 2022 Pruis - ee31

I traded in my 2013 Pruis and purchased a used 2022 Pruis from Bill Walsh and Jake was our salesman. He was very nice, chill, and knowledgeable about the used car and helped us figure out the final decision (I was debating between new and used) and I can say I'm extremely happy with our decision. We've been using Bill Walsh Toyota for maintenance on the 2013 Pruis for years and will continue with this new one.

Mike Durante went above and beyond in his efforts to help us feel completely satisfied with our purchase. His low-key, humorous, effective way of providing us with the information we needed made the process very, very pleasant. Along with Mike, Tran Nguyen helped us go through the necessary paperwork in a friendly, straightforward manner. Despite what task I may have taken him away from, Timothy showed a level of professionalism and patience that I have not encountered in over 50 years of car ownership. Bought a used Tacoma in January, felt like we got a fair deal, met Edgar Martinez; Younger gentleman, Not your typical car salesman, not full of xx. Edgar worked closely with me, built the exact trim level and accessories I wanted; he did not push anything extra on me. Dealership was transparent with the pricing from day one. Yes I paid MSRP, but nothing extra, they did not push anything, no dealer installed options, and no market adjustment. ( I did wait 2 & 1/2 months, but I got exactly what I wanted)
