I did purchase my Audi warranty from them for peace of mind, and after 70,000 miles, I ended up using it—and the warranty absolutely came through! The Audi exchange process also worked out great. Thanks, Kerie! They not only fixed my car, but also took the time to explain everything to me and provided helpful information about things I may need to address in the future. On top of that, they provided me with a loaner car, which made the whole experience even easier. Great service, great communication, and they’ve definitely earned my business for my next Audi!
