I felt like Cadillac was able to work with me and provided a deal that I was comfortable with, especially compared to other dealerships. Alix was available 24/7, both before and after my purchase to answer any and all questions that I had throughout the buying process. My wait for finance on signing day was definitely longer than expected, but otherwise I had an overall great experience at Cadillac. I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership before, so I was a little apprehensive going into it, but I’m really glad I ended up buying from Corwin. I worked with Hunter, who was patient with me throughout the process and helped me find a 2019 F-150 that had everything I was looking for. His manager, Andrew, also came over and introduced himself, which I appreciated. There were a few very minor issues with the truck, and Hunter told me they would take care of them. I didn’t get anything in writing; I just took his word for it. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but Hunter followed through on everything they said they would do, and then some. They really went above and beyond, fixed the issues, and clearly care about their customers and their reputation. It was a much better experience than I was expecting, and I would buy from them again.

Bryce was very kind, he informed me of the estimated time it make take, he personally came into the waiting room to tell me my truck was ready and walked me up to the cashiers. The cashiers were welcoming, when I asked if there was anything wrong with me vehicle the cashier walked me through the inspection that they did on my truck.
