Very pleased with the recent service visit on my new car. My car required software updates, so I scheduled an appointment and said I would wait for the car to be serviced. When I arrived the service advisor Daniel Knauer was helpful and pleasent to work with. While checking in I was surprised she offered to go out and get my vehicle mileage herself if I did not have it. The car was taking in for the service work right away, Per the service order receipt the technician completed the work required. The work was completed faster than I expected. The waiting room had comfy chairs, tv, wifi, free drinks and snacks.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Shorkey Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. I wanted to share this detailed experience, because I will be buying all of my future Jeeps or Rams from this location specifically. I am 1 hr and 20 minutes away- and I’ll happily make this drive to work this team of people. My salesperson- Jeff Robinson took multiple calls, texts and chatted over a 3 week period, providing me with all the details and information I could ask for, when purchasing a used 2023 Grand Cherokee. They also offered me a very reasonable trade in on my old Jeep. We discussed some pricing and came to a very reasonable deal for both vehicles. So nice now a days to have a such an informed team, and prepared team. When I arrived we went over everything we discussed and the deal was one of the smoothest I’ve had in many years. Mike M. And Mike-(the used car manager) both also went above and beyond in this deal. I had the chance to personally chat with the service advisor who cared for my new Jeep since day 1 (prior to my ownership) He also went out of his way to chat with me even though their service dept. was busy during that time. Very cool to see an entire team across multiple departments work so seamlessly. You’ve earned a customer for life!
