In my 50+ years best transaction. The mega dealers in my area, 16929 are not very knowledgeable, they have lied, at least 2 dealers, it is frustrating. Jack Giambalvo Hyundai was great. I am 3hrs away and worked with Travis on email and text. When I told them I was 3hrs away they offered me a deal that was $3k less, their honesty and communication sealed the deal. Constantly keeping me informed so my time there would be short and it was as much as possible. The Tucson was ready, only negative was a little dirt on the seat, they took care of it right away. All the paperwork was ready, they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not push all the propaganda, I did not have upper management come visit me to waste my time trying sell protection programs like they do in my area. They offer free lifetime inspections, including other vehicles in my household. I would highly recommend them.

Mike (finance) saved the day. We scheduled an appt and shared we were on a tight timeframe the day before. We prepared with all of the necessary documents, copies and even showed up a little early for our appt. The greeting wasn't pleasant, our sales person was late, I asked the manager for support, he said with a warm smile, sure let me get you someone. Tic toc, tic top, nothing. Then Mike came and gave us a time that he would be with us, took the trade for evaluation and then here comes our sales rep, no apologies for the tardiness. Mike smoothed that out as well. After everything was complete, we go out to get in our detailed vehicle and it's not good. The sales rep apologized, offered a few oil change and tire rotation. With the 15 people all walking around, you would think everything would've been handled quickly and efficiently. Especially since we were the only 1 in the dealership at that time. Again, if it wasn't for the professionalism of Mike, I definitely would've left.

Problems with the rear and front view cameras, creaking inside the car, as if the car is 30 years old, sometimes you can feel the shaking from the engine, 01/18/25 I reported problems with my Genesis G70 2022 and only 02/12/25 they gave me an appointment (I waited almost a month) however, the car is still under repair, at Genesis Fred Beans of Doylestown , PA (48 days)and the same thing happened last year for 6-8 months with the GPS, it still works with big errors, I just turned it off, the dealership did not help me with this, I highly recommend not to buy any "Luxury" Genesis CARS

Mike Kelly Hyundai has put me on the back burner every step of the way and has done absolutely zilch to make this already terrible situation better. They only decided to make Hyundai aware that we paid for the car because we forced them to, after 7 months of not getting financing secured and leading us on. I, without a doubt would never recommend anyone to visit this dealership. They are covering up their mistakes and are hoping to erase the whole situation. My dad left a comment on their facebook about our experience, which was swiftly removed from the salesman who sold us the car. Kinda funny how they preach "if there's anything you ever need, give me a call" but then suppress any bad press and ignore you every step of the way. Response from the owner 10 minutes ago Hello. We have purchased three cars over the years from this dealership. I have been pleased each time. Just purchased a 2022 Tucson in September, 2022. No issues during the transaction. I did have an minor issue with the car but it was fixed the same day I reported it. This Tucson purchased in September, 2022 was to replace a Tuscon I purchased a year ago in September, 2021 that was totaled about a month ago. Zach, the sales consultant I worked with for both purchases, was the best. He made both transactions by far the easiest I have ever had with a car dealer. He was patient with me and there was never any high pressure moments. He provided clear communication with everything. Hopefully, I won't be in the market for another car anytime soon, but if I am I going back to see Zach.
