6/26/25 Karen Jimenez did her usual fine job, in taking care of my battery replacement. The battery was installed, serial number recorded, and computer reprogrammed. It's interesting to actually visualize the ramp up in the power with a new battery. The car starts faster, and the key fob works more quickly, etc. Anyway, I was fortunate to have the battery for 5 plus years. It served me well. Thank you Karen. It's always a pleasure to see you. If you plan on purchasing a BMW don't waste your time here and go to Coggin BMW Ft. Pierce. I planned on purchasing a used I3 and put a 2K deposit down because I was out of town. I was planning on picking it up just two days from when I put the deposit down. I received a call the day before I was going to pickup my car, and was told that they sold it to another person. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and they hung up on me!!! I have never had, such a terrible experience at a car dealer. I even signed a contract it's as if they sold an already sold car. My salesman told me the manger made this decision. I've got to wonder if his prior job was at a cutthroat used car dealer. Or if this entire establishment is run like one.
