I have this dislike for Firestone with the first car had and they were exchanged no problem for a different make! They were very professional at the express oil change. A little longer than I anticipated. But other than the time everything went well. They also rotated the tires but didn't check the psi. Returned to have the correct air pressure adjusted. As far as dealerships go They are topnotch.
