So the emails are coming to me his father Jame Peters. I would like to say the experience for myself even though I didn't buy a vehicle from you was phenomenal from when we got there to the very end. The salesman and the finance everyone that was involved with my sons first purchase of the 2020 Dodge Ram was great you made easy for Ian ( my son ) any questions that were asked they were answered with truth and honesty. There was know cutting corners or anything and that's the way our family works just give it to us straight and you did that. Now on the flip slide we aren't to sure if his weathered mats are the right ones well at least the back one but we might have to bite the bullet on that one. I want to say Thank You very much from the Peters family. The wife isn't big on car shopping that's why she wasn't with us but she very pleased when we got home from the dealership. We found the truck we wanted to see. I called and made an appointment. I let them know I needed someone who really knew the Ford Maverick. They assigned me to Bill at Beck Ford in Wesley Chapel. Bill is a young man full of energy and the desire to make this customer happy. He was knowledgeable about the Maverick. He was polite and never condescending! I drove a hard bargain and he worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. It was actually better than I planned! I would definitely buy from Bill again. The only frustration was with the finance man. We have great credit. He told me the best he could do was 5.9%…. Until I told him to check other places, he was just there to make money. We got 4.5%.

Brought the truck in, had a leaky roof tailgate opened up by itself and had a region problem with my diesel. They fixed the roof repaired the tailgate good as new looked into the region problem could not find a problem told me to come back if it happens again.

The tech TJ called when he was on the way, I asked him to call when he got to my work, which he did, I asked him to lock the keys in the truck when done, he called me to let me know everything was done. (FANTASTIC ADVISER). The last service appointment my odometer turned over 170,000 miles. Laura advised that I should consider buying a new truck and that they were offering great finance rates. I was introduced to Jorge Chicas in New car sales. He was fantastic. No high pressure sales etc. Jorge was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
