I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

Both the sales rep - Cherrel Williams-Harrison - and the financial manager - Mark McFarlane - worked with such tenacity and diligence to get the car I wanted at such a great rate. These two went above and beyond just for me. Cherrel did a marvelous job explaining all the details of the interior and exterior of the car. She was efficient with answering all my questions and even touching on questions previous buyers tend to have. Mark is a persistent and dedicated FM. He worked hard to get me a rate that not only would seem impossible to get with my credit history, but it was also perfect for my budget. He didn’t quit during the approval process, but rather jumped through countless hoops just to help me out. These two were absolutely amazing and made this first time buyer experience one that solidified for me that for my next car, I will go back and see them specifically.

Recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sequioa TRD Pro from Lowe Toyota. First of all, the buying experience was much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Middle Georgia area. After owning the vehicle for three weeks, found that there was a problem with the vehicle in how it was made at the factory. The accessory on the vehicle was causing a minor problem and I am a very picky customer. I dealt with Kevin Williams, the sales manager and made him aware of the problem. He had limited ability as the local dealer sales manager to handle a problem that was factory installed. However, he promptly came to a satisfactory solution for both of us. The accessory was removed and corrected the problem with the vehicle. By the way, I love the Sequoia, and this corrected the only complaint I had with the vehicle. He did what a manager is hired to do. He was presented with a problem and came to a solution in a prompt manner and I left the dealership satisfied. This is rare in today's market, especially with car dealerships. I want to thank Kevin for his help and would recommend Lowe's to anyone. Keith Martin

Toyota South Atlanta was the second dealership we visited - Jeff

Toyota South Atlanta was the second dealership we visited this week to purchase a new or newly used car. Tim Ellis was the kind of salesperson we wish we could always have. He was direct. He did not take us in circles. He did not have to "check with someone else" about our requests because he knew his job and was always respectful and accommodating. He closed the deal with his knowledge and authenticity. Another employee also deserves praise. Her name is Dekia. She led us on our test drive and also answered preliminary questions about the operation of the car and its features. When I returned the next day to pay for the car and get the owners' manual, she said she thought my nephew had left his earbuds on the table the previous day. She did not have to do that. In fact, he had left them there. He is grateful for her kindness and honesty. She did the right thing when she did not have to, and that speaks to her integrity and way that she looks at the world. The qualities these two employees showed us are a compliment to two valuable employees.
