This was a fantastic dealership to buy a vehicle from. From searching on the Internet to walking in to talk to Jay, who I dealt with over the Internet and ended up buying my Used Truck from. The whole experience was fantastic and I'll return for sure and send people I know to Jay and Bob. I'm an hour away from the dealership and they made me feel that it was so worth the drive. Jay was very easy to deal with and talk to, never rushed anything, we talked a great deal during my buying this truck. I went to pick up the truck the next day and Jay was with a customer and Bob bent over backwards to help me complete the paperwork process, he wasn't at all bothered or rushed taking care of me, this tells me much about the whole dealership and people. Jaysen, the Finance Manager was excellent to deal with, didn't try to force sell anything additional but took the time to explain everything available to me. I've worked at Dealership's for 28 years myself in the past and I haven't seen a team like this one. Kudos to the Owner and Management, you have an excellent Staff!

A five star experience from the first contact with my salesman Michael to the last contact. He went on and above to help me. I had alot of questions and he graciously answered every one of them. I forgot a couple of things in my old car and he was very helpful in getting those items to me. He even had someone come to my work to put my hitch for my bike tack on my new car. He offered to drop off my garage door opener to me so i didn't have to make another trip to the dealership. I would highly recommend Michael and the entire team at Don Joseph Toyota of Kent

Best price on a new Sienna Platinum literally in the entire country! Most dealers were selling at MSRP and many were adding a markup due to their popularity and scarcity. They had one priced basically at the MSRP of the next lowest trim (Limited). After talking to the sales person (Raislin) and being assured there was no back story I drove 100 miles to purchase the car still somewhat leery and ready to walk away if this was a "bait and switch". It wasn't and there was no attempt to upsell me other than the usual extended warranty and protection packages. Once I declined there was no pressure. I usually zip my pockets and check to be sure I still have my watch after visiting the "finance person". You don't have to worry here, Kisha was did her job but I felt no pressure to buy. The car was as advertised, no surprises, prepped perfectly and a joy to drive. All dealers should take a lesson from McDaniel.
