DAVE SACCO is the THE BEST SALES GUY TO WORK WITH. He clearly understands the tech and is willing to explain it and then have you come back for a "masterclass". He has been around a long time. He will go the extra mile to make sure he gets you the best deal (especially if you know your numbers). He does not behave like a typical sales person. Its like he is on a personal missiion to make you happy and satisfied , he did- Definately not true of some other sales folks at this or other dealerships. Last, he is really bright and amusing to chat with (kind of a bonus for me). Well worth the time, but let him know if you have something in the oven! He's good with that. Ha Ha!

The staff made the whole process really easy — no pressure, no runaround. They were friendly, straightforward, and actually listened to what I was looking for. I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service.

I went in to purchase a 2023 Santa cruz because I needed a truck bed. Chris Antone, who I've bought vehicles from before just happened to be working here and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He was patient, honest, and transparent with the cost questions I had. I ended up going with a 2022 Nissan titan with 25,000 miles. it was on the lot, the price was similar and they gave me a great deal. They discounted the price additionally despite the initial cost already being below the market. The warranty options were very flexible and I was able to cover the entire vehicle for 60,000 additional miles at a very low price. They have a great operation at this dealership. We're excited to use the service department and hope to trade in our palisade in 18 months.

He was even willing to come in on his only day off to ensure everything was taken care of for us. All the small things he did showed us that he was very willing to go the extra mile.
