Today I was gobsmacked when I arrived at Honda Stratham. I was greeted by Andrew and was overwhelmed by the customer service he provided. Greeted with a positive, proactive attitude was a breath of fresh air.
I had a brand new 2025 Honda pilot with a screw in a Tyre that had 1500 miles. I called ahead and was told by someone else that they were really backed up and I would have to leave it. When I got there 45 minutes later, Andrew greeted me with a smile and took me immediately.
The service associate that did the work was extremely kind, friendly and accommodating.
These are the times you tip and thank them. This team that handled my situation should be commended on how they handled it.
Why so important to me? I drove from South Carolina and staying in Salisbury & come here when I need something. Basically woke up with a flat , changed my Tyre, shopped around & was told by a Tyre dealer that I needed a new Tyre that would cost me $300, which was a lie. By the time I got to Honda Stratham, I felt defeated and frustrated. Andrew took control, ownership and followed through to the end! I thought WOW!
Thanks for your AAA+ customer service Honda and “professionalism”. I won’t go anywhere else.
