I went in for the test drive and worked with Kevin over the next couple of days to agree on a price. I live in NH and he went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle home. He was lightening fast with the paperwork and absolutely zero hassle in the process. I sometimes feel like dealers try to keep you for hours to beat you into submission. Kevin was the exact opposite and that is the reason I bought a truck from him. Will gladly go to him again in the future. Thank you!

He is very responsive, always follows up and explains everything that is happening in a calm and understandable way. Sean brings options and recommends solutions. He works around time constraints and the needs of the customer. He as always been there for our family making sure we are taken care of and our cars are operating safely. I cant say enough good things about Sean.

Purchase process was overly long seams service department is short staffed. Wanted the car to come with a Porsche warranty was unable to do because of over priced quote for the repair from shop. One of the delays was for repair of rear spoiler when I got home I put the spoiler up there was a large amount of mud under it you would the mechanic would have told the recon person about it. Also when the car is turned hard left like I have to do to get into my garage the right front wheel locks up this happened when I first parked coming home from the dealership. Gary and Anthony were both excellent to work with not to happy with quality of the service department on quality of the delivery and time to get the car ready. Car should never been advertised for sale until it had gone through the shop and received a clean bill of health.

I then was able to complete the paperwork for the deal online never spending more than 10 minutes at the dealership. I primarily dealt with Tony for the sale, in Kevin did the delivery and did a great job setting everything up making sure I was happy. Not only did they fix my Jeep for free it was past the 30 day warranty & they honored the warranty, even though it was almost a month passed! They also got me in even though they were booked over booked because I was so concerned they fixed my car quickly! The problem was from someone else putting new breaks in & they still fixed the problem and charged me nothing. Everyone was so nice to me and they helped me and addressed my concerns. Fix my car. You’re not gonna find another dealership to do that. I am so grateful thank you Tim‘s truck all of you.!

First Julio (the salesman) greeted us and was fantastic. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. Then came the negotiations. The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. We have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was HANDS DOWN THE EASIEST, NON STRESSFUL, BEST EXPERIENCE we have EVER had.
