Mo was really quick to respond to my inquiries and was super accommodating; she even picked me up or arranged rides for me to and from the dealership when I didn’t have a way to get there. This was the second vehicle I bought from Hampstead Pre-Owned; the first vehicle lasted me 3years and would have kept going if it hadn’t been stolen and totaled, which was what brought me to H.P.O. for my second purchase. Mo made a difficult time much easier. They treat their customers like a priority and are eager to help even after the purchase is finished. I had a few minor issues just after purchasing my second vehicle, small things like the key fob needing a new battery and the front tag needing a bracket, and Kiran worked to get those issues resolved for me as quickly as possible at no extra cost to myself. My only complaints are, 1. that the vehicle I bought this time around was filthy and I had to clean it myself and because it wasn’t professionally cleaned there is a stench of old milk in the vehicle that I am working on fixing; there was dried milk caked onto seatbelts and crumbs and milk staining the seat upholstery. And, 2. that they ran my credit when I told them I was paying cash but this was likely a miscommunication and probably wont be most peoples’ experience anyway as most folks probably finance, so IF you plan on paying cash, just reiterate that you do not wish your credit to be run and it shouldn’t be a problem.
Overall I have had pretty good experiences both times buying vehicles from Hampstead Pre-Owned. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and their vehicles seem to be in decent shape mechanically. I’m really pleased with the lifespan of the first car I bought from them. Time will tell if this second one holds up as well!
