This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. Thanks Chapman Ford for taking the time to get me in a new ride.

We got an excellent trade in value. We like dealing with this dealership because their salespeople are low key and not pushy. Orlando is an excellent salesman. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Joel, along with service writers Mike, Collin, and Helen, were all wonderful to work with, professional, kind, efficient, and accommodating with my work schedule for both drop-off and pick-up. Juan, the technician, provided an excellent video walk-around of my vehicle and clearly explained everything going on with my car, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, after getting home, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener and EZ Pass in the loaner vehicle. Helen immediately gathered my items and even stayed at the dealership until I was able to return and retrieve them. The Lexus service team consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this remind me exactly why I drive a Lexus and continue to service my vehicle with MotorWorld Lexus.
