I cannot say enough positive things about Philip and - Lee.b

I cannot say enough positive things about Philip and everyone at Paul Sevag. First, the 200+ photos and videos give you a crystal clear idea of what you are buying. Second, their communication and follow-up are second to none. Lastly, the attention to detail on every piece of it and the explanation- paperwork, delivery, etc- perfect. i I have and will recommend people go here, and I’ll be back.

I brought my CRV here for a recall issue. - Sbhammer

I brought my CRV here for a recall issue. The dealership offered me many choices for times to get serviced! I appreciate the video they send about my service. The people were helpful, polite, and caring. I was happy they could accommodate me even though I have never brought my car there for service. I was treated better than the dealership I bought the car from as they expected me to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment! Thank you Piazza Honda of Springfield! I will recommend you!

My experience was excellent and what I would expect from the BMW experience.. Juanita Casey, my service advisor was professional, extraordinarily helpful, sensitive to my issue and extremely efficient. We purchased a 2018 KIA Stinger through a private seller. - MikeD.

We purchased a 2018 KIA Stinger through a private seller. We were looking for a local reliable Dealership for continued service and maintenance. Bergey’s KIA helped initially with providing an inspection review, made recommendations on the most pertinent concerns, and addressed the needed issues in a very timely manner. A month later warning signals appeared on the dashboard. We contacted Bergey’s KIA for assistance and were able to schedule a service appointment within days. They identified the vehicle warnings and made the appropriate adjustments within a few hours. The Service Professionals are extremely responsive and very accommodating. We are very pleased and grateful for their expertise!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my pre-owned - carole.hupfeldt

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my pre-owned BMW X3 at BMW of West Chester! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, pleasant, and stress-free. My sales associate, Justice, was exceptional—knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Justice took the time to answer all my questions, explain the vehicle’s features, and make the entire buying experience enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and personal attention I received. I couldn’t be happier with my BMW X3 and would highly recommend BMW of West Chester, especially Justice, to anyone looking for a first-class car-buying experience!

I bought a used truck, it was all a no nonsense deal. - eagle_eye73

I bought a used truck, it was all a no nonsense deal. They were totally upfront about our issues with financing and trade ins. Although I wasn’t happy with what they tried to give me for my trade in, they explained why it was, and gave me options. Never pressured me or played any games.
