I was referred to Sport Subaru by a friend, and my sales - tgwolfe68
I was referred to Sport Subaru by a friend, and my sales associate Brooke really made that dealership live up to outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction! I've purchased many vehicles at various dealerships, but this is my first Subaru. Brooke welcomed me when I came in the door, asked if she could be of assistance, we sat down and I explained what I was looking for. She took notes, asked questions and started her research on inventory. She brought up two Certified Pre-Owned Crosstrek contenders, a 2023 and a 2025. I asked if I could see them side by side, she brought them around and we spent A LOT of time in each. Brooke knew these cars inside and out as we went through the features (the dashboard and controls were different between the model years). I dismissed the 2023, I found the interior dashboard and controls on the 2025 a better fit for me. We went back inside to do a work-up on the price, warranty, and incentives. Everything was within the budget we first talked about. I did have a couple of questions that required the manager's input, he (Jared) came over. Soft spoken, kind, easy to speak with helped me find the answers to my questions which took a little double checking on his part too. I appreciated that, he didn't just "wing" an answer. It was getting close to closing time, I had the financing worksheet, but I wanted to sleep on it. Brooke gave me her cell phone number if I had any questions, and I left. I texted Brooke two days later thinking about the incentives between a Certified Pre-Owned and a new car with the same trim level. Brooke replied back with several 2025 new Crosstreks with the options I wanted, the special financing that's going on in October for new cars, the incentives I qualify for on a new car and the payment worksheet. I crunched all the numbers together at home and made my decision. I texted Brooke letting her know which new car I wanted, and what our next steps are. Sheet emailed me a credit application, and an ID.me incentive link; I filled those out at home, went to the bank for a cashier's check down payment (Brooke called and said everything came back approved while I was at the bank). I drove down to Sport Subaru, Brooke had my new car out front to check out. We went inside, started the paperwork, no pressure when it came to the optional "add ons" just information on what each one offered. I called my insurance company and added the Crosstrek. I went with Hector in the financial department, did that paperwork, received a new registration for a license plate I brought in from a car I had just sold, and back to Brooke. I will add that I require hand controls to drive, I arranged those to be ordered through my adaptive mobility company. Brooke handed me one key fob and said she was going to have the car detailed then delivered to my mobility dealer for the hand controls to be installed. If you're shopping for a Subaru, go see Brooke at Sport Subaru, the people and dealership values are second to none.
