I previously posted a negative review of Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN.
In response, the General Manager, Randy Dismang reached out and asked me to contact him.
At first, I did not want to, but my daughter was very interested in one of the cars they had listed. As a father, I will do anything for my children in an effort to keep them happy and safe.
Mr. Dismang persuaded me and my daughter to come in and talk to him, stating that what I experienced is not typical relations at Nelson Mazda.
Long story short (and that is not meant in disrespect) Mr. Dismang did everything within his power to rectify the situation. He went far above and beyond to mend the relationship, helped us find an even better and safer car for my daughter and made sure that every possible detail was covered beyond any and all expectations.
In the long run, he secured a return customer for service and future purchase. I would never have predicted that I would be leaving a positive review when this began, but after meeting Mr. Dismang and subsequent random employees, I feel that Nelson Mazda customer service is far beyond my initial experience and now would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car.
Thank you, Randy for all that yoyu did for us. It will not be forgotten and will have a lasting impact.
