Bob the service manager took the time to talk to me about the freak issue that occurred with my recently purchased used Traverse. Fair price on services all in all, and easy to work with team. My driveshaft FELL out of my recently purchased used Traverse, and I had vehicle towed there. I didn’t buy my used car from Classic Chevy but I hope what happened to my car gets the team/ people everywhere consumers and mechanics thinking about the level of responsibility they have selling and buying used cars.

I purchased my vehicle at the used car lot from Ruth and I definitely recommend you going to her if your looking for a gently used car. Mine is a used pre- certified. The service dept. Takes awhile to get things done but I do feel confident they are done right. The gentleman who took care of me his name is Pete. He is nice but very " disorganized " . His desk is a mess . My keys were lost for over 20 mins . This after I paid and already waited 5 hours for my car. My appt was at 10:30 and they didn't get done until 3:30. Rear breaks and an oil change. I was not happy. My anxiety was up thinking my keys were gone. Eventually they were found . All was good
