I would almost rather have dental work done than to go through the car buying process. James Hill completely changed my mind about this, as he exemplifies the best qualities of a salesperson from the customer's perspective. He is very attuned to actively listening to questions, and going the extra mile to find answers. He was very accommodating, patient, kind, and thorough. He has a superpower of being able to connect with people. His communications to my inquiries via phone before I had seen the truck, and during my decision making process were very timely. I could tell his goal was to help me be sure and happy about my choices in purchasing this vehicle. I bought a used Ford F150. Even though they are a Chevy/Cadillac dealer, James had done his homework on the truck, and spent considerable effort to get detailed answers, quotes, and connection for me with the next door Ford dealer about setting up certification and factory extended warranty. With James being able to accurately walk his manager through pluses and minuses of my older truck, I was able to get a truly fair trade-in value on my older truck. I really felt taken care of, and without those two things (the ability to get the extended factory warranty, and decent trade in value), I probably wouldn't have made the purchase, but would for sure consider working with James in the future! Also, the finance person - I forget his name now - got me through that part of the process very quickly without any hard sells on third party stuff I didn't want. A big plus in my book!
