I had a positive experience negotiating with the Sales Team at Covert and ultimately walked away satisfied with the deal. The team was professional and responsive throughout the process.
However, I want to flag a pricing practice that’s becoming increasingly common—not just at Covert, but across many dealerships. After advertising a competitive base price, they add a separate line item labeled as an “addendum” for services already performed on the vehicle. In my case, this added $3,500—roughly 10% above the advertised price—which can significantly change the cost if you're not prepared.
Fortunately, I was able to negotiate this addendum and reach a drive-out price that worked for me. I recommend that buyers go in informed, ask direct questions about all line items, and be ready to negotiate. Transparency matters, and with the right approach, you can still achieve a fair outcome.
