We had tried to purchase a pre owned Toyota through a different dealership and had an awful experience (a hidden accessory fee of $4k that wasn’t mentioned until after our credit was ran). We ended up walking away and decided to go back to Longo, where I had purchased my last two vehicles. I’m so glad we did. We arrived about an hour before closing (we don’t live close by) but Isaac never made us feel rushed or pressured. He showed us the complete price breakdown, car fax, and inspection information before moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very smooth. Thank you, Isaac!

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
