Shane Randall made my car testing and car purchase - bill b

Shane Randall made my car testing and car purchase experience stress free and enjoyable. Shane sincerely cares about finding out what the customer wants and then making it happen for them. He also doesn't forget you after the sale. The day after I bought my A6 I scuffed it on my garage wall. I drove in to Audi Beaverton, Shane greeted me and In 10 minutes he had the body shop put it back to looking brand new and charged me nothing for it. He's a professional and he's the best.

I want to thank Technician Jesse, Service Advisor Jaqui, and Payton at Royal Moore Mazda for the wonderful service I received for my cx70. They were professional, thorough, and attentive from beginning to end. Although it took two visits to resolve the rattle in my vehicle, I truly appreciate their commitment to finding the cause. Jesse did not give up until he identified the problem and resolved it during the second visit. His patience, persistence, and attention to detail meant a lot to me. Jaqui and Payton were helpful and made me feel well taken care of throughout the process. Thank you all for following through and making sure the issue was fixed. I highly recommend this service team!

We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon. Let a message on the drop of envelope. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.
