I had visited 7 Ford dealerships before coming to Key Scales. I arrived at dark just before closing. Saw a truck I liked and went inside. This is when I finally got a break and met Breanna. We went outside to look at truck, she got some info, we went back inside to make sure it wasn’t already sold and then her truck knowledge kicked in and she told me several things about how it was equipped. She was so nice and knowledgeable I told her I would come back the next day to see it in the daylight and she wanted me to test drive it. So I drove 1 1/2 hours home and drove back the next day. The next day she was waiting for me with truck out front and off we went. Back to office to try and work out a deal. Between her and another gentleman in the dealership I felt they were trying to sell a truck and give me a good deal also. So the truck is in my garage and several friends have admired it around town. Then they ask “ where did you get it?” then “why way down there?” Then I tell them about Breanna and if they start looking I can give them her business card. I took several off her desk.
