We met Jesse Sheridan, our salesperson, 8 months prior to our new truck purchase. He introduced himself one night as the dealership was closing when my wife and I were checking out trucks. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. When we finally decided it was time for a new truck I dug out Jesse's phone number and arranged to look at trucks. He had several with the options we were interested in but one stood out. He walked us through the closing process with ease and confidence. Jesse is a great salesperson who without question has the customers needs in mind. Don't hesitate to ask for him, I'm certain you will be extremely happy. During the closing process we met two other gentlemen who were very helpful, Chuck Cooper and Jim Ahlquist, both very professional and very personable. Overall it was a great experience and when it's time to purchase another Vehicle Kelly Ford will be at the top of the list.

We think we got a good deal on the vehicle, however there was some issues. We test drove the vehicle and left. After talking we decided to purchase the vehicle. We dealt with Brent Hitt, we called him and said "we will take it". He had already left for lunch, then went on personal errors before sending over the buyers quote to our bank. We have already been pre approved, so we waited on him to return to the dealership to contact our bank. This took 3 hours. Once everything was done, we were told by Brent to "go put up the check". This was new to us, however we drove to our bank and got the check. We sent him everything so all we had to do was sign the paperwork. During the test drive we asked about "free oil" changes. He told us "yes you get 2". So once we got back to the dealership with the check we were told "we have checked out everything and the car is ready". My husband asked for the 2nd key. We were told there is no 2nd key. We could go online and buy one for $80 plus the program fee. Brent was quick to point us to the website. We stated we thought the dealership should pay, which this escalated into a big disagreement. We left WITHOUT the car. We then got a call from the sales manager, which we had asked to see or speak to him before we left. The sales manager stated he would pay for the programming if we purchased the key. We agreed. The next day, we returned to pick up the car. While handing the check over and signing the papers I asked for the "free oil change" paperwork. I was told we had to do a survey in order to get them. Not what I was lead to believe. We were told "it's all ready". We drove it home, looked under the hood and found leaves. It was parked under a tree, however you would think they would have cleaned them up. Then we checked the fluids and found the antifreeze and the washer fluid was really low or empty, plus the oil change message kept coming on. We called and was told to return and they would top it off and they reset the oil change message.
We did return and all these issues were corrected. They did have great prices and nice cars, however if we purchased from them again, I would double check all these things before we leave the lot.

My service experience started with Brandi and another service tech whose name I can't remember. Both associates couldn't have been any better at their jobs. I had no contact with the mechanics who performed the maintenance on my Mustang but i'm certain the work that was done was very professional.

I recently upgraded to a fifth wheel camper at Lazy Days and needed to upgrade my F-250 as I needed more payload to account for the extra pin weight. Tank asked me questions to determine my exact needs unlike many salesmen that just want to sell what they have and it turns out, happily, that I did not have to buy a dual rear wheel, A F350 longbed with the the GN prep package and 3565 pounds of payload are plenty.
