My cars airconditioning was not working. I called and spoke to Wendy a very sweet and customer freindly lady and she got me in for service next day!! I got there in the morning at 7 a.m. and they were already busy. I walked in and was met by Jennifer a very friendly Service Manager who got my car in right away. They diagnosed my compressor was bad and proceeded to call my extended coverage warranty company and I was approved for service after Jennifer was on hold for a long time patiently waiting and she got approval for the work to be done. She was extremely busy as the day went on but was very attentive to keep me up to date. She is an awesome customer service oriented young lady and I was very pleased with my overall experience!!! This Honda dealership is the Best!
