Hi Charissa, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you - eogutveren

Hi Charissa, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything. I really enjoyed working with you. You were attentive, straightforward, and very pleasant from the beginning. We had a good, to-the-point negotiation, and you followed through on everything afterward—sending the agreement, helping me with the financing, and making sure the truck was cleaned up and looking great when I picked it up. I’ve bought quite a few vehicles over the years, and I have to say, you made this one of the easiest and nicest experiences I’ve had. I was spending a lot of money, so I might as well be happy while doing it! 😆 You were a pleasure to deal with, and I truly appreciate the effort you put into making everything go so smoothly. Thank you again—you did a great job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Mike Castro! - karahb13

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Mike Castro! I would like to personally recognize Mike Castro for the truly exceptional service he provided to our family. From the moment we began working with him, Mike demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine dedication. What made our experience especially remarkable was that Mike successfully guided us through two major transactions in one day — helping me transition from my existing lease into a new vehicle while also assisting my husband with the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Throughout an extremely busy day, Mike remained attentive, reassuring, organized, and completely focused on making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He answered our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His ability to manage both transactions while still giving us such personalized attention was truly impressive. Mike went above and beyond simply selling us vehicles. He made us feel that he genuinely cared about finding the right solutions for our family and making sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Mike Castro is an extraordinary representative of what excellent customer service should look like. His professionalism, integrity, patience, and commitment to his customers deserve recognition. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for us and would recommend him without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Mike, for making an incredibly busy day such a positive and memorable experience!

Bernie was my advisor. - valville

Bernie was my advisor. So wonderful and informative. He was very concerned about my issues I had with my vehicle . After a received my car back I had another question and I called and he was at lunch, he called me back after his lunch break and it wasn’t 3 hours later. He’s wonderful. Since I hand to leave my vehicle to be repaired he got Andrew to bring me home until it was repaired. After it was repaired Bernie called to let me know is was ready and that he could have my card delivered to me and Andrew brought it to me. Andrew is a great young man. Very nice talking to him . Just great people.

As a consumer, you need to educate yourself on how to buy - wilmher74

As a consumer, you need to educate yourself on how to buy a car so that dealers are more transparent and don't pressure you into buying extended warranties for a new vehicle. In my case, I was well-prepared for the purchase, and the process was transparent and stress-free for everyone involved—myself, in the three amigos the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager. I highly recommend this dealership.
