I had a great experience at Lakeland Auto Mall. I came in knowing what car I wanted, and Carlton made the whole process easy from start to finish. Within about 10 minutes of arriving, he had me out on a test drive, and I knew right away that I loved the car. What impressed me most was how smooth and fast everything went. Carlton was helpful, professional, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. The financing was easy, and they worked quickly to get everything approved and completed. From the time I arrived until I drove off the lot, the entire process took about three hours, including financing. I was able to get my car the very same morning, which was amazing. I’ve had my car for almost a month now and I’m still very happy with it. If you’re looking for a dealership that moves fast and provides great customer service, I definitely recommend Lakeland Auto Mall—especially Carlton!

I was very happy with the deal, and had a few minor post-closing issues that he cleared up immediately with no problem. That developed a trust for me, and I decided to trade in my wife's car and get a new X3 utilizing Daniel. Again, he was great. Frankly the whole process of the purchase of both vehicles (financing etc) was quick and easy I highly recommend using him, and Braman WPB in general.

I was greeted at the door not in the parking lot! Mr. Hepperley asked about what I might be looking for and he went and got the vehicle and we went for a test drive. He explained all of the new features and upgrades in the 2026 Pilot and then, he an I began to work on my deal which he worked hard for me to be able to get where I needed to be! Everyone stayed late to get my deal closed and Mr hepperley was able to close it while working with the finance manager which is such an improvement over how it has been in the past at other dealerships! I am going to be referring friends and family to Mr hepperley because he is very personable and was quite knowledgeable!!
