Danny is the reason I still own a Range Rover. He sold me a beautiful truck which has had some technical issues. They always seem to arise at the wrong time, but Danny is always my first call/text in a panic. He connects me with the right person and RR of PB and sees thru that I’m taken care of until I’m back in a working vehicle. If it wasn’t for Danny’s amazing support, I might have migrated to a different brand. But, he is representative of an amazing service culture at RRPB and is a trusted sales rep and more so- a caring person that wants his customers to be happy and well taken care of in their vehicle. The Macan is very nice, can tell it was well taken care of by the previous owner. The detail seems very good to me, but my wife hasn't seen it yet, she is the "Clean" Expert! From the moment we stepped through the doors, the entire team was welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to help. My wife and newborn were with me, and every time my son got fussy, the staff would stop by with smiles, talk to him, and help keep him calm. That alone speaks volumes. We all know the stereotype: car dealerships are stressful, pushy, and exhausting. This experience was the complete opposite. It was honestly sensational. Hansel, my sales rep, deserves special recognition. With only about a month in the business, you’d swear he’d been doing this for years. Professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly positive. Almost everything was done via text so that when we arrived at the dealership, we didn't have to be there long.
