Our experiences elsewhere were less than ideal, ranging from aggressive sales tactics to being asked to discuss numbers before even test driving a car. However, our experience with Gonzalo Hurtado at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood was a breath of fresh air. Gonzalo introduced himself in a calm and respectful manner, guiding us to the vehicles we were interested in and helping us compare options without any pressure. Even when we were out of town, Gonzalo worked with us remotely to put together a great deal, making a large financial decision feel seamless and stress-free. Everything was fine. I found the car that I wanted online and when I came in and tested it, they gave me a good deal. The only reason why the ratings were not higher was because I had to come back a couple of times . Even though they knew I was coming in to pick up the car it was not fully charged, and there was no portable charger when I took delivery. There were also a couple of small details that had to be worked out with the condition of the car..However, they did make sure that I was satisfied with everything so having to come back twice was really #MIN
