That changed last week when I went to McGrath Kia and had the GREAT fortune of meeting Chester Nichols and sitting down with him to discuss EVs and Hybrid vehicles. He gave me a no-nonsense presentation of the two types of vehicles and took me for detailed test drives. Chester REALLY knows the vehicles he sells. After the test drives he and his team appraised my car and gave me a reasonable trade-in offer. They presented a fair deal quickly and a short-time later, I drove off in my new KIA Sportage SX AWD Hybrid Prestige vehicle. I love the car and so does my wife. Chester Nichols was a true professional and a person who I enjoyed being with during the process. The first thing he said to me was, “I am here to help you”. He wasn’t kidding.
