I have had my X5 (and also a X1) serviced a number of times at BMW of Towson. We have always had a great experience there. Christopher has usually been the service writer for us, but we had others (James and Marty)as well. They have all been excellent. The service provided has all been done with exactness and we appreciate the video provided by the tech doing the service. I’m now considering the purchase of a new or CPO BMW and will use BMW of Towson as my dealer.

Easiest trade in ever. Everything was explained to me by Salesman Crosby is the perfect person to go to!! Got in and out and he made sure I got what car I wanted. As soon as I walked in I was greeted properly quickly. It was also raining and he made sure to pull the cars I wanted to look at without me getting wet so I didn’t have to stand in the rain. Absolutely did not have an attitude either while doing all of the above. This man needs a raise seriously!!
