Leny in service was AMAZING. I thought he made my experience better by being super friendly, thorough and efficient. He gave me detailed information and timely updates on my service. I was able to observe him working while I was in the waiting area and this guy didn’t stop for 1 second. Herb Chambers , this guy is a keeper and by far the nicest guy in service. I wasn’t really too impressed by the others who seemed too busy at acknowledge me. Cashier, and guys taking in cars were great too!

Great guys here. I wanted to get out of my 2014 Rav4 and they got me a great deal with a brand new Honda Prolouge. There was a bit of technical difficulties at first but they fixed it hassle free for me & I'm so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend this dealership! Especially to women that car shop alone that have been taken advantage of by other dealers. These guys are great, can't brag on them enough!

He listened to our needs and was able to give us the deal we wanted. He was HONEST with us, something that was missing in the previous dealerships. After buying the vehicle his follow up was excellent! If we were to buy another car in the future, we would seek out Chad again, and only Chad. Bought a Pilot here but the salesperson is no longer there. He did a great job and Kevin helped finish the deal. I thought the price was fair considering how tight inventory was and we were time sensitive on needing to get things done. Kylie did a great job going through packages and options without being aggressive. I added a service plan since I already service here. The service dept shines here and I highly recommend Emmanuel as service advisor. He breaks things down and is honest with what you need to do now and what can wait. I like this dealership a lot and met with Darryl about buying another Pilot but my wife isn’t ready to let go yet. I expect we will buy another car here in the future, especially if the Pilot finally gets the 12.9 screen upgrade.

Juan in the service department was outstanding!! I would give him 10 stars if it was allowed. I drove into the service center with a CarPlay issue essentially, I no longer had CarPlay. I was very concerned because I rely on my GPS. He was able to trouble shoot my issue and correct the problem. He was professional, friendly, very patient and most of all kind! Unfortunately, you don't see that too much these days. I just want you know how appreciative and grateful to Juan for all his help!

I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. I was very lucky to work with Joshua Fink, who was incredible knowledgeable about the vehicles, options, and vehicle comparisons. Josh made the whole buying process so quick and easy. I have actually waited in a Dunkin Donuts drive through line for a medium hot black coffee for a longer time period than it took to purchase a vehicle with Josh. While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. She wanted me to see the red Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L on the show room floor. Well, I couldn’t disagree with her—it was a sharp-looking, comfortable hybrid, which I particularly liked. While she drove me to work, she asked what I thought. I told her I liked it, and we agreed that she go back and speak with Jarod, the service manager we’ve gotten to know and trust over the past 13+ years. Jarod introduced my wife to salesman Hayden, who wasn’t pushy (you don’t push my wife). By the end of the day, my wife was driving home in her new Honda Hybrid, I was following in my new (her former) CRV, and we retired another Honda after ten years of service to our family. We appreciate Honda’s quality products and are loyal Bedard customers; they’ve earned our loyalty.
