Saw a car online, made an appt (we live in Duluth) with Matt Schmidt who had answered my email. The car was just as advertised, however too small for our needs. Fortunately Matt found the other vehicle I had noticed and it was a bingo. As a white-haired female couple it’s a bonus to be treated ‘just like everyone else’ … and we were! Matt was attentive while not over-selling and helped make this a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience. And money-guy Clay made us both feel comfortable (and laughing) all while taking care of the zillions of necessary details. We got the car we didn’t know we needed and 100% recommend both Matt and Clay as well as Matt’s friendly and welcoming desk neighbor!

In the end we got great service but I really wish they had listened to my husband who had gotten a state of the art scanner and purchased the VW add on. He had all the print outs and was willing to show the service department. They simply said we will do our own ok but it took the fourth visit for service to find what we had printed out the first time we visited the service department. But it was handled many after many miles off my warranty as we don't live in Duluth. The car is great and everything else with VW of Duluth has been great. Marcus has been amazing to work with. Keegan has been very accommodating.

After weeks of car searching, Mazda was one of the few dealerships that didn't run other car dealers down. So we decided on a Mazda which we had never had. After working with Cody and Denise we knew what we wanted. They were professional but down to earth. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight talk and no b.s. We definitely recommend them. Also, the dealership was big and fancy as most are but it was clean, bathrooms included!

I liked the process; how easy it was to purchase my vehicle. Called Shane Mahowald and discussed getting a new car as my lease was up. He explained the different purchasing options and the different monthly payments. I told him the color of the vehicle and wanted the interior to be lighter. I completed the credit request online and texted photos of my license and insurance. I was approved the next morning and arranged to be at the dealership by 1:15 to complete the transactions. I met Shane and Philip J Trovato, who took out my old mats and washed them for me, and put them into my new car. I then sat down with Lisa Wolters (Business Manager), to my surprise all of the leasing information and documentation was already prepared and ready to sign. The pricing had already been discussed, and there were no surprises. It was unbelievable how organized this dealership is. The total time from arriving at the dealership and completing the transaction, and driving away with my new car was only 40 minutes. Before leaving Shane and Philip had my Nissan app on my phone and my cell phone programmed to the new Rogue. I have had nothing but great experiences with Shane and the team at Eden Prairie Nissan in purchasing all my vehicles for the last 5 years. I can't say enough for my praises, appreciation, and recognition of the Eden Prairie Nissan team. I will be coming down again very soon to get my wife her new car. The trip is @ 45 minutes and I pass several other Nissan dealerships, but I trust only going to this dealership because of the great experiences and customer service. I also bought the Service Contract for the oil changes and tire rotations. This was the easiest, fastest, and best experience in purchasing a car, I have ever had.
