Since the ID. Buzz is a rare vehicle and they only had one on the lot, she didn’t initially have all the answers to my questions. However, when I returned the next day, she had taken the time to learn everything about the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had. Ryan and the technician were awesome. Other items were brought to my attention that needed to be corrected. I was really thinking about doing some of them, such as the tires, until I looked at the quote to replace the rear drivers side tail lamp which was cracked and broken. The quote was $2500.00 +. Unfortunately for Ford of Latham, I had the new taillight piece in the back seat of my truck. It cost me under $200.00 and is 6 screws to remove and put the plug and play piece in. Once I saw that ridiculous pricing, I decided that the pricing for the other items was going to be much higher as well. I purchased the filters on line and did them myself, saving over $150.00. As a businessman I understand that everyone must make money. The pricing I received on some of these parts was outright greed and gouging.
