Once at the appt. It all went well however getting through to the service department to talk about my appt. was very difficult. I left 2 messages and no one called me back. The third time I called I requested to talk to a manager. He was very helpful and confirmed I had set up a new appt. and cancelled the original appt. I had set up. The second thing that went wrong was my confirmation email repeatedly had the wrong date and time. As we were coming out of town for the appt., this was a problem. When I called back this time, a service person actually answered the phone to confirm the original date set up according to the computer. What a fiasco! I'm glad my 2 free oil changes are over and I can schedule closer to home.
