I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

Oil change like usual had no problems. It was great. I did have a problem with a tire going flat. It had a nail in it. However, your young crew looked at it said it was too close to the sidewall to fix so I needed a new tire, however I stopped into discount tires and lo and behold they fixed it. and low and behold they fixed it so I did not need a new tire And they charged me zero to do so!

The Service Dept at Morries was excellent. Communication with me during the process was excellent. Fue Vang was my service advisor. He explained everything well, arranged a shuttle ride for me & checked me out when I picked up the vehicle. I appreciated the video explaining what was done. This was my first visit since the dealership changed owners. My only concern was the high cost, but I know the employees do not determine that. Shuttle driver was excellent. I will likely return in the future.

My wife and I stopped at Lynch on highway 50 to look at a Tahoe they had just gotten in on trade. One. Of the sales staff ( Chris Fisher ) came out to show us the vehicle, he was very nice and very knowledgeable with the vehicle, he answered all our questions and was very helpful to work with. We ended up getting the Tahoe and also a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife, . The whole staff was pleasant to work with and helpful. I’d go back there if we ever need anything going forward. I recently took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu for an oil change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, Robert, kept poking his nose into the conversation so I had a harder time understanding the Service Writer. And this is not the first time that Robert was interfering with myself and the Service Writer. I had to have a new battery installed in my car and I was offered a ride home, but since my husband also works there as a Porter, he just let me take his truck home. I wish that they would do something about Robert though. He was very annoying.
