It was very easy to set up the oil change appointment, called on Thursday 5/14/26 to come in on Friday 5/15/26. David was very informative on what services he would recommend based on the current mileage and what the technician found when inspecting our Outlander. He explained what we needed to watch for on the rear right shock so that it would be replaced before the warranty expires.

I was a bit surprised the needed main part was out of stock and also once said part arrived the next day the fix was not given some priority. Had to wait until almost end of the second day for completion of service.
