Julie was my service advisor on my recent visit and did a great job. I had expected a much larger issue with the car, but they were able to get the issue accurately diagnosed and found it was in need of a high pressure fuel pump. That was good news to me, I thought it was a transmission issue. She was able to get the issue repaired under warranty which I had no expectation of since I was over the mileage limit. They did a great job of communicating everything and were very thorough about understanding the issue. All of the things I had thought would be a battle- getting a loaner car, getting an accurate diagnosis, and getting it covered under warranty or recall were all just automatically handled and were no issue at all. Very happy with the outcome, I would come back for future service needs.
