Very happy with the service. My car was towed there after hours with a flat tire. The next morning before I even had a chance to contact the service center, I received a text from my service advisor. Tire was replaced in about an hour. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Had recall work done. While vehicle was is shop told Nick (Service Rep.) about windshield washer showing low and very noisy when driving down highway. As always everything was fixed. Washer had a loose hose connection. Road noise was due to rear wheel baring worn out. All my BMW's (first one 2001 3 series Sedan) have been serviced only at Fremont BMW. Love the friendliness and quality service.

Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used).
