I had an excellent experience at BMW of Monrovia and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team that helped make everything happen. I recently traded in my previous M4 competition and purchased a new double Individual M4 Competition xDrive, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. My sales advisor, Bassel, was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, and he made sure all of my questions were answered while helping guide me through the process in a very transparent way. Paul, the General Sales Manager, personally oversaw the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear he truly cares about the customer experience and about doing things the right way. Jeff from the used car department was also great to work with. He provided a very fair offer on my previous M4 and was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the appraisal process. Ryan in the finance department was incredibly helpful as well. Both he and Bassel stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly so I could drive home in my new car that same day. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The team was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me achieve my goal. I’m extremely happy with my new M4 and very grateful to everyone at BMW of Monrovia who helped make it happen. This time, Cody and Jake also helped me out, and they made the whole process smooth and easy. Jake, the finance manager, made the paperwork seamless and straightforward. I actually drive in all the way from Calabasas, passing several other dealers I’ve used in the past, but I won’t go anywhere else after finding this team at BMW Buena Park. I’d like to thank BMW Valencia for a wonderful, quick, and hassle-free buying experience. I’d especially like to mention Wendy, Dave Erickson, and Zaed for their professionalism and friendly service. About a month ago, I signed up for a test drive of a pre-owned car we were considering for our daughter’s 18th birthday. The next day we arrived, and Dave came out to meet us right away. He apologized that Wendy was still busy (we had arrived before our scheduled time) and offered to take us for a test drive with him. We took the test drive, loved everything, and went to finalize the purchase. By that time, Wendy had just become available and helped us with all the information about the car and filling out the loan application. Then loan specialist Zaed secured excellent terms for us, and we bought the car, which our daughter absolutely loved and enjoys every day! Thank you so much again! Everything was fantastic, and we have plenty to compare it to. Just a month and a half earlier, we had tried to buy a car right nearby—literally half a mile away—at Autonation Honda, but there we encountered complete unprofessionalism and terrible customer service. But that’s another story. Once again, a huge thank you to BMW Valencia!!!
