At one point, negotiations became challenging regarding the purchase price and my trade-in value, and honestly, she saved the deal. Buying a vehicle in this price range comes with certain expectations for customer service and the overall experience, and Pooja absolutely delivered. I’ve only ever serviced my vehicles here. They do have the best courtesy vehicles of the dealerships I’ve serviced from. But they have terrible reservation times for service getting a courtesy vehicle. It can be from a week or longer. But my service advisor Eric Ho and Elmo who is no longer there. And Willie Vasquez were always very good to me and accommodating. This place is pretty packed, so wait times are a bit much compared to other dealers. Waiting area was renovated and Is ok for the location and clientele for the area. I could say this place is good but not the greatest.

I had an excellent experience at BMW of Monrovia and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team that helped make everything happen. I recently traded in my previous M4 competition and purchased a new double Individual M4 Competition xDrive, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. My sales advisor, Bassel, was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, and he made sure all of my questions were answered while helping guide me through the process in a very transparent way. Paul, the General Sales Manager, personally oversaw the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear he truly cares about the customer experience and about doing things the right way. Jeff from the used car department was also great to work with. He provided a very fair offer on my previous M4 and was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the appraisal process. Ryan in the finance department was incredibly helpful as well. Both he and Bassel stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly so I could drive home in my new car that same day. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The team was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me achieve my goal. I’m extremely happy with my new M4 and very grateful to everyone at BMW of Monrovia who helped make it happen. Highly recommend this dealership and this team if you’re looking for a great BMW buying experience.

My honest experience: I recently purchased a BMW X3 from this dealership and had a great overall experience. My journey started with the internet sales team, after which the sales manager personally emailed me to set up an appointment and test drive. My salesperson, Jeremiah Allen, was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the car's features and upgrades in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and advocated for my target price with management. When it came to negotiating the numbers, the sales manager, Shabir Kudus, was incredibly approachable and transparent. My only real grievance was regarding the rebate/incentive application—the initial dealer discount percentage was reduced to offset the incentive, which didn't feel entirely fair to me. However, Shabir did his best to explain the breakdown and ensure I understood the math. Outside of that specific hitch, he was a great guy to work with to finalize the deal. Finally, I worked with Patrick in finance. While there was a strong push to buy extra protection packages—which is standard dealer practice, though I declined-he was easy to talk to and provided all the necessary details clearly. Overall, it’s a great dealership. A huge shoutout to Jeremy, Shabir, and Patrick for making this deal happen!
