She has been my advisor on my Jeep Grand Cherokee since early 2023 and I have consistently had nothing but an exceptional experience when any maintenance/upkeep issues have come up with my lease. She is always so positive, kind and always exhibits a sense of urgency. She consistently appreciates the customer's time and it is apparent with not only me, but other customers who I have seen her interact with. Her consistency conveys experience and competence. I am currently on a loaner and Kelli reached out to update me that she would be in training for the next few days and that should any updates surface with my car, a gentleman named "___"would be calling me to provide me any pertinent information if needed. The fact that she took the time to leave me a voicemail and provide me information (that she didn't have to) exemplifies the fact that Kelli is clearly a rockstar at her job. Through her followup and overall well versed customer service, she certainly serves as the gold standard for auto advisors (really any customer service) in my opinion based on the 2 years I have worked with her. I have this dislike for Firestone with the first car had and they were exchanged no problem for a different make!
