I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Service Department at Herb Chambers Toyota in AUBURN, MA.
Over my 74 years, I've purchased two cars from this dealership, but the real stars are the people in the Service Department. Unfortunately, I've had some very disappointing experiences with other dealerships in the Auburn area that left me feeling as though I was taken advantage. Herb Chambers has always been the complete opposite—honest, professional, and genuinely caring.
Last week, as I was leaving a hair appointment, my check engine light suddenly came on, along with several other warning lights, including the brake indicator. I was understandably worried. Since I still work and rely on my car every day, I drove straight to Herb Chambers on Route 20. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they welcomed me in and took care of me right away. The relief I felt was tremendous.
To Alyssa, Kevin, Julian, and every one of the service advisors who have helped me over the years—thank you. Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help mean more than you know. It's rare to find a service department you can trust completely, and I am so grateful that I found yours.
