The whole process was smooth and stress-free, from test drive to financing. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency—no hidden fees or surprises. I also arrived at the dealer with my entire family looking for the right vehicle for them and I want to emphasize that I had a wonderful experience since everyone treated us like at home with a great variety of snacks and drinks for the children and we were in good hands the whole time. I also remember that one of the saleswomen gave the children coloring sheets to entertain themselves while we bought the vehicle. Before leaving with my vehicle they explained all its functions and technology that the car has to us. What an amazing experience at Mt. Kisco Honda!! This is my second car(in a row) that I have purchased from this particular dealership. I have owned many Honda cars over the past 25 years and I always do a fair amount of research before each purchase. No games and hard sale tactics. Like I said, I’ve owned many Honda’s over the years and sadly this is not simply the case at many other dealerships. It can be stressful and uncertain. Not at Mount Kisco Honda….. Joe Marrazino, was my Sales consultant. He was patience and helpful from beginning to the end. Spent a great deal of time with me and overall just had a great attitude and vibe. Throughout the negotiation Joe interacted with Jason Sanchez(Sales Manager) who also was instrumental in helping me into the right car for a fair price. Lastly, Jorge Avendano the finance manager, assisted me with my paperwork and financing. It was quick and and only took minutes. When he offered me the options of additional coverage for the vehicle there was no pressure. Usually, at this stage the hard sell comes in and at other dealerships in the past it has actually turned me on the sale. He presented and explained the options and let me decide for myself without any prompting. In 2017 I had exactly the same experience. Even though It was different staff at that time. It’s now 2025 and it’s a testament to how this dealership is run. I love my new Honda Accord. Even better than the Honda Civic Touring model I bought in 2017. Mount Kisco Honda has me as a customer for life. Thank-you Joe, Jason and Jorge!

This place is really nice. Everybody we dealt with seemed honest and low pressure. Gene Joseph was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He was honest, low pressure and knowledgeable. He let the car sell itself without any agenda, he was upfront, no hidden anything. Darwish at finance was great too. The whole experience was great, I have already recommended them to others and I just got my car yesterday.
