He actually surprised me with a video of my new 2025 Toyota Corolla which he sent me before coming there to look at used cars but being able to get into a brand new car was incredibly awesome of him and his manger who worked tirelessly to help me with purchasing my new car! I also had to trade in my old jeep truck and they gave me a decent amount for it so I could get my new vehicle and I will forever be so grateful for everything that they did to help me out and I recommend everyone I know or who reads my review to go to Beaver Toyota in Cumming, Georgia and ask for Eric and let him also help you find the perfect vehicle for your needs too! I went to this Ford for the first time since owning my new/used car. I didn’t have any appointment but walked in and met Cedric who got me taken care of right away. He was great from start to finish. He was extremely communicative and kind. I had forgotten to mention I had an extended warranty until a Friday afternoon and he was able to get that settled up before the weekend so I wouldn’t be without my car for longer. With my last car I had a lot of issues at the end and definitely wasted some money on repairs at local shops so the detail and videos/quotes provided by Ford really put me at ease with repairs I wasn’t quite prepared for. I will absolutely try to have Cedric as my future advisor for all my service needs. He made the entire process a 10/10 experience. Had it not been for him I’m sure I would’ve had some more frustration with not having my car for a little and having some unexpected findings. Highly recommend both Cedric and Hennessy Ford Atlanta.
