Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.

Contacted several dealers to purchase a 25 Pathfinder. Universal was only one who replied back and didn't play the "come to the dealership" game. I got my out the door price and when I showed up, with check for full amount, I was in and out of the dealership on a Saturday, in less than one hour. I don't want to spend a lot of time "negotiating" as we all know numbers are nothing more than a shell game. I got a price I felt I could live with, and we purchased the vehicle. They will be our dealer moving forward as long as the longevity of the Nissan product holds up over the next 3 years (100,000 miles). I'm not sure who Eliab Sterling, is but it wouldn't let me leave this review without rating him. I gave him a 5 because the dealership as a whole, in my opinion was "banging on all 8 cylinders".
