Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

Great car buying experience, going in to a dealership for the first time I didn’t know what to expect. Nicholas greeted my girlfriend and me out front and was a great help throughout the process. Very understanding, patient, and engaging. We told him what we were looking for and he helped make it happen. Aside from the experience we absolutely love the car, it checked all of our boxes and had even more to it than we were expecting. The color is perfect, it handles great, gets up and goes when you need it to, brakes are super responsive, just enough room to take it on long trips, and the mpg is insane. Thank you Nicholas!

Caleb is the epitome of a professional. Polite, intelligent, and a good sense of humor which is sometimes lacking today. Caleb made the process easy and straight forward. No curve xxxxx like I've experienced with dealers in the past. He emailed me a video of the car after I inquired about it. He answered every single question with confidence and because I was trading in my Land Rover Discovery Sport, he met me on arrival and got the assessment of my trade while already having the car I was interested in freshly washed and ready for a test drive. It took a little longer than we wanted even after pre negotiations but they worked as fast as they could. Only issues we had was technology issues with the slow computer the finance guy had so we had to come back to the next day to finish up but other than that it was a flawless experience.
