FANTASTIC experience with Serra Ford of Rochester Hills, MI!!! I purchased a used 2017 Shelby GT350 that only had 1,564 miles! I went in one evening near closing and Toubee was more than happy to take the time and show me the vehicle. I went home and sat on it for 24 hours and then finally discussed it with my wife. I got the green light and raced over to drop a deposit - hoping it was still available. It was! Yippie! Everyone was awesome from Professional Sales Rep Bailey and her assistant Toubee, and used Sales Manager James and the entire staff. The car was beyond shined up at time of pick-up and a full tank of fuel. I'm very pleased, had a great experience, and I would highly recommend Serra Ford!!!

I cannot thank them enough for getting me into a new Traverse. Heath and Brendan were wonderful to work with and extremely personable. Erin in finance was also down to earth and very friendly, not pushy like a lot of those finance people can be. A great team at the Feldman dealer.
