I had appointment to see a used car. Zoe was very understanding that I was just starting out my journey of finding a "special" car, that I really didn't need a vehicle. Test drive was great, they quickly appraised my car, and there was no pressure to make any decision, it was all on me, I love that in a dealership. The car was very well priced. I was mostly sold on the car, but ultimately it was my wife who objected to the color of the car (black), so nothing to do with the price or dealership. I would come back to Porsche of xx. Paul.

We searched VW dealers on-line and left messages outlining precisely what we were looking for. Evan Barrett at Luther Burnsville VW was simply outstanding to work with. He reached out when the car we were looking for became available on their lot, and worked with his team to get the pricing "right" for us We followed up to close the purchase with Cameron Schmandt who was also top notch, and shared our love of the Jeep Wrangler. All in all we had an OUTSTANDING car buying experience. Highly recommended with no hesitation!!

5/5 Stars I recently bought a car remotely from Alaska, and as you can imagine, it is not an easy process. Most dealerships I contacted weren't interested in spending time on a buyer who couldn't physically come into the showroom—including CarMax and even the dealers closest to me. Many refused to respond, and others wouldn't give me basic vehicle details. Troy Mundahl at BMW of Minnetonka was the complete opposite. He reached out incredibly fast with a personalized video of the car right after my initial inquiry. Because I was buying across the country completely sight unseen, I had a million questions about the vehicle's condition, the process, and the paperwork. Troy was completely transparent, got me the exact service history I needed, and even arranged to have wheel locks installed before the car was shipped. He went above and beyond to give me the peace of mind I needed to make such a huge purchase from thousands of miles away. If you are shopping for a car—whether you live down the street or across the country—I highly recommend BMW of Minnetonka. Ask for Troy in sales, he is amazing!
