I bought two Nissans from Greg Kimbrall and both experiences were smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Greg seems to have a sixth sense in getting the deal done seamlessly and without pressure. I want to give a shout out to AJ Freeman at MB of - rattini

I want to give a shout out to AJ Freeman at MB of Chesterfield . When an issue popped up with my used car right after I bought it, I was worried I'd be stuck dealing with a headache. AJ and Jim went above and beyond to make it right—getting me set up in a loaner vehicle and making sure the shop fixed the car properly. True integrity and fantastic customer service. Thank you!

I can not tell you enough how great of experiences I have - tikitu2

I can not tell you enough how great of experiences I have had with this dealership. My wife and I both lease our trucks and jeeps from glendale. We have used the same salesman over and over. Steve Hemenway has made every purchase very easy and enjoyable. If you go online and do a loan application first, he will get you in and out. We were literally in the finance office for 10 minutes, because Steve made sure everything was done. We had a friend who also purchased a new vehicle the same night, unfortunately from another dealer, ave they told us they were at that dealership for over four hours, haggling back and forth and finally making it into the finance office. Thank you Steve for making the entire process so easy. I also would like to say that the service department is top tier as well. My truck had a computer issue with only 4800 miles. Service brought a loaner vehicle out to me and picked up my truck since I was unable to leave job at that time. I could not believe they were willing to do that for me. Then you Glendale for your exceptional customer service and again Steve Hemenway for making us feel like family. Mike and Valerie

I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav4 from this - R.A.

I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav4 from this dealership. Working with sales associate Sam Mohammad, the experience was every bit as satisfying as I have come to expect from Toyota. The online listings were professional and accurate, enabling me to find the vehicle I was looking for quickly and easily, with no major questions about options or condition. Once connected with Sam, the transaction was straightforward and efficient, enabling me to negotiate a fair price, close the deal, and drive it off the lot the same day. Sam went above and beyond by staying after hours while financing was completed and would not leave until everything was taken care of. He also followed up as promised with an offer to complete extra detailing and fill the fuel tank a week later at our convenience. Due to his efficiency and professionalism I have the vehicle I wanted for my commuting college student. And since the vehicle is Toyota Certified I am confident I have a safe, reliable vehicle for years to come.

AI Helped Me Find 400 Cars—But Only One Caleb So, you - jar0101

AI Helped Me Find 400 Cars—But Only One Caleb So, you know you need a (new-to-you) car. You've got a budget that says “practical” and a few must-haves like “starts when you turn the key.” A couple of nice-to-haves sneak in too—because heated seats feel like a warm hug in February. You plug it all into an AI tool, and boom: 400+ vehicles appear within 50 miles. Suddenly, your search becomes less “wow!” and more “why?” After a month of virtual shopping, I began meeting used car salespeople IRL. Turns out, unlike the AI, humans have personalities. Some are genuinely helpful; others treat you like a commission check with legs. By the time I reached Lou Fusz Buick, I had collected more business cards than decisions and was still driving my maybe-I-can-make-it-one-more-week car. Then came Caleb Rowden. In under an hour, we met, he listened, we negotiated, and—hold onto your seatbelt—a deal was struck. No pressure tactics, no mysterious “let me check with my manager” routines. Just a straightforward conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like teamwork. Even after the sale, when I had questions, Caleb was on it—like the kind of friend who actually answers your text instead of liking it and disappearing. If you're looking for a car and want to skip the quota-chasers, start with Caleb. He’s got character, integrity, and shockingly, isn’t allergic to honesty. Yes, I’m aware I just said that about a car salesman. And no, I haven't lost my grip on reality.

I have never met Brandy, but her hustle is noted and - Ken M.

I have never met Brandy, but her hustle is noted and appreciated. She actually answered the phone and became an outstanding communication liaison for me (placing me on hold and walking over to the service counter and talking directly with them to get my questions answered, when I was unable to get through to them or a call back). No issues with the service team, they just seem to be always experiencing an "overwhelmed" moment. Brandy stepped up and stepped in when I needed some immediate answers. Now, if she had the power to make the batteries last longer on the Atlas, that would be truly awesome. Sincerely, Ken M.
