We had an emergency flat tire driving back home to Las Vegas in our Posche Taycan, and we made it to the Porsche Ontario dealership to replace the tire, as we arrived we were greeted by a very welcoming staff, we were offered refreshments right when we walked in, the intallations are state of the art, beautiful building, Partick Solis was our advisor and he was amazing, he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of as quick as possible, he ordered a full inspection of the vehicle, a video of the inspection was sent to us explaining every detail, they washed and detailed the car, and also fully charged it ready for us to continue our journey. This is what I call excellence in service, we will definitely recommend this outstanding dealership. Thank you Partick!

I appreciate his low key and helpful approach. He's exceptionally kind, polite, well mannered and someone you could see yourself being friends with. It has never felt like I'm being sold to, but more like he's guiding me patiently through the process and is an advocate helping to get me a fair trade in value and a great price on the car I'm hoping to take home. Fullerton Ford's Service Department is wonderful - they are the best in OC! We recently returned from a long road trip and had our service light come on. Art Bravo helped us with a complete vehicle inspection and noted we needed a new battery (t had a good run since 2018). He also discovered our rear breaks and rotors needed replacement. I was expecting high dealership repair prices. We did call and check with competitors and Fullerton Ford had the VERY BEST prices. Plus, they will take you to\from the dealership for service. I have brought both my vehicle and our daughter’s vehicle to this dealership for service. Faisal has been so helpful and informative, especially regarding the repairs on my daughter’s vehicle. She is a young adult who has just started living on her own so she doesn’t have extra money for car repairs and maintenance. We do what maintenance we can for her at home. But Faisal was instrumental in getting more significant issues fixed for her that were covered under her car warranty, which we didn’t even know still existed on her 2017 Volt. Very helpful!
