Paul was our salesman, we traveled from Houston to pick up my vehicle. Mostly everything was already taken care of before we got there, so we spent less than an hour and a half signing papers, going over the warranty etc. Paul was exceptional and this will be the only place we purchase from moving forward! After just having a poor experience at a local dealership and a different one 3 years ago, I was very hesitant to come in and make a third attempt at purchasing a new vehicle. Lex made the sale process as easy and painless as possible. We received very clear answers and had the exact vehicle ordered that we wanted. No upselling, no harassment, very straightforward. They even gave add-ons I never asked for... wow. Was probably the best car purchase experience I have done. Lex communicated very clearly throughout the sales process and even after, proactively reached out, and responded to questions with the vehicle. Lex was very accommodating even when I came late with my girlfriend. This is by far the best vehicle I have owned to date (can attest after driving it for several weeks and bringing it on a long road trip). It drives almost as well as my girlfriend's C300 while cruising on the highway! Will bring back family and friends if they are interested in a new Toyota.

I came in to buy a new battery and Manny and crew got it installed in about an hour while I waited. Very clean and professional. Nice waiting area. No complaints.
