"Excellent customer service. I found a vehicle 2.5 hours from me and I reached out to Kerns Ford to see if they would be willing to do a dealer to dealer purchase. I sent Rodney Klinger the selling dealer information and the vin number of the vehicle. Rodney sent me a detailed report of the vehicle and his recommendations. I then contacted the selling dealer and asked if they did dealer to dealer sales; which they don't. Rodney then informed me due to the mileage on my vehicle (330,000) and the work that needed to be completed on it (new head gasket, new starter, soft top, soft top mounting kit, catalytic converter) to make it sellable, the trade-in value would be $0.00. He then connected me with a person who was looking for a project vehicle. I told them about the vehicle and they are coming out to inspect the vehicle and potentially purchase it. Very enjoyable experience overall."

"Very professional. Organized. Answered all questions. We think we got a fair deal. The only question we have is about the noise when we first shift gears. We are still learning about the car. We were not able to find the video on line but we know there is one as my daughter has a navigator and knows there is one for the Aviatot."
