Kaycie was phenomenal! She is patient and understanding taking the time to understand what her customers need. She communicatied with me well via email/text prior to meeting but was never pushy. We almost walked away with the gimmicky statement from sales/finance "Well, if you promise your going to buy today" Trying to force someone into purchasing isn't the way to go. Kaycie totally understood that and did a great job recovering the sale. She gave us time and was patient allowing us to make the best decision for us. She is a blessing to work with and a great asset to the dealership. Kaycie earned customers for life!

My husband and I visited 3 other dealers memorial weekend and this was by far the best one. Cem, our sales rep, had communicated honestly via email and phone prior to our arrival so we were able to make a decision on the car we wanted very quickly. The paperwork took a bit of time (but that’s pretty standard) and we felt comfortable with the out the door price without any added fees or gimmicks that the other dealers tried to add on and make us pay. After purchasing our Tiguan, Cem even walked us to the car to help set up Bluetooth, download the VW car app and just made himself available to answer any of our questions. He was great! Thank you!

Cesar was an absolute legend! Inquired about a Carnival SX Prestige at 7:50 this morning. Cesar called me directly at 7:52. What impressed me was that he called before he was even at work. He answered every questions that me and my Husband had. Very up front with us. We were actually driving up to Helen for the weekend, and had no intention on actually buying today. We came through Athens, and decided to stop. Cesar came straight out to us, and helped us with our trade, and the purchase of our new Carnival. We have found our Car Guy!
